YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Point of contact and support for the specialist departments in checking business transactions for their admissibility under export control law
• Implementation of and compliance with national, EU and US re-export control regulations
• Handling of export authorization procedures
• Checking of business partners for sanction lists, critical end use and country checks
• Point of contact for the specialist departments for questions relating to customs law
• Independent classification in the customs tariff
• Monitoring of legal changes in the area of export controls and customs regulations, and deriving new requirements
   

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, college, HAK) with a focus on freight forwarding, industrial management or customs
• At least 3 years of professional experience with excellent understanding of customs and export control (import, export, tariff classification, goods origin and preferential rights, authorization management)
• In-depth knowledge of the E-Zoll customs platform
• Experience and confident handling of MS Office software (especially Microsoft Excel an advantage) and SAP
• Strong analytical and cross-departmental process thinking
• Business fluent spoken and written English and German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
