Responsibilities * M&A projects including performing a business case model, valuation and process management during due diligence phase * (Co-)Project lead of M&A transaction after participating in M&A projects * Analysis of business plans and assessment of financial, as well as fiscal implications of a M&A project * Company valuation including peer valuation using market standard tools * Preparation of board level presentations * Participation in strategic discussions on inorganic growth opportunities * Participate in negotiations and preparation of negotiation materials, and mark-ups of transaction documents * Management of the target book of Miba * Ongoing interaction with the strategy department on future acquisition targets * Ongoing improvements of all tools applied * PMO responsibility after participating in M&A projects Requirements * Master's degree or similar degree in business administration or technical studies * 3-5 (Junior) / 5-7 (Senior) years relevant working experience in an in-house M&A department of a large international corporation, an internationally reputable corporate finance advisory company or an investment bank * Self-starter attitude and eager to progress * Unpolitical, "hands-on", results-oriented, independent * Excellent English skills, other languages an advantage * Excellent Excel and Powerpoint knowledge * (Senior) Associate level or equivalent in other organizations Benefits Discover how you profit from working here: Canteen Enjoy healthy meals in our Miba canteen..
