Intern Supply Chain in Wien

Jobbeschreibung

Your Responsibility

  • You support in purchase ordering, transport bookings, and goods reception

  • You assist in ad-hoc inquiries from external and internal shareholders (e.g. suppliers, 3PL, and internal cross-functional teams)

  • You monitor product availability and shortages to communicate internally
  • You administer and maintain item master database and replenishment planning tool
  • You assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly reportings
  • You provide support in the demand and supply planning cycle

    • You Profile

  • You are a student of business administration or supply chain management
  • You bring first practical experience in Supply Chain Management
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel 
  • You have an analytical, structured and independent way of working and a high level of motivation
  • You are used to working with IT systems
