YOUR TASKS

  • Help onboarding venues to use the Eversports Manager successfully
  • Support in different daily and ad hoc tasks in the customer care department (e.g. customer imports)
  • Work on data cleaning for key customers
  • Ensure data quality in our database
  • Respond to and solve customer inquiries in first level support
  • Being a positive and motivated member of our Customer Care Team FRANCE
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • Student and current enrollment in a university or university of applied sciences
  • Excellent communication skills in French
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
  • Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
  • Positive mindset and communication talent 
  • Confidence in calling B2B partners and being passionate about their success
