Specialist Commercial Order Processing (Parental leave replacement) f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independent commercial processing of sales orders in SAP
- Order checking (also contracts) and order entry
- Creating/Organizing all delivery-relevant documents
- Change management
- Documentation
- Closely cooperating with project management, technical management as well as the AVL subsidiaries or external representations
- License creation for product CAMEO (tool service)
- Department internal controlling: accounts management, planning, backlogs
- Assistant for department planning
- Assistant for product management & research
YOUR PROFILE:
- Graduate of commercial college, relevant secondary school diploma (HAK) plus practical experience or Graduate of University / TU / FH
- Experience in dealing with SAP an advantage
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Affinity for numbers and structured approach to work
- Very good command of German and Englisch, possibly second foreign language

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €39,200.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
