Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree) for a full‑time, four-year position at the Institute of Complex Systems

Job Duties:
The successful candidates are expected to conduct research and teach university-level courses in one or more of the following fields: Design hardware/software systems at different levels of abstractions virtual prototyping/SystemC, Verilog, VHDL, etc.)Use modern platforms based on RISC-V instruction set architecture)Verify, test and optimize circuits and systemsUse formal methods (SAT, SMT, Symbolic Computer Algebra)Develop efficient algorithms and data-structures to address complex problems Your Qualifications:
The successful candidates must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar subject Expertise in circuit and system design, electronic design automation, or related areas such as algorithms, computational logic, etc. Strong programming skills in C/C++) Strong command of English (level B2+) German skills are highly desired but not required High motivation and commitment in research and teaching Willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer:
