For our Façade Engineering Team, we are currently on the look out for a new talent who wants to take the next step in her / his career path. As Civil Engineer (f/m), you will be part of our multinational Engineering Team located in Lanzenkirchen near Vienna. You will support the local Engineering Team by providing professional engineering services to plan and implement new construction projects.

Our site Lanzenkirchen, based in the south of Vienna is Hilti´s Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems for Pipe rings and Heavy modular systems. As part of our Business Unit Installation we provide product development, supply, marketing and engineering. Our highly motivated international team works together with colleagues from all over the world in an entrepreneurial environment to bring innovative new products to the market.
In your role, you will be responsible for creating economically competitive façade solutions and offers for our customers. In addition, you will consult your façade customer during the whole time where you will be also responsible for quality assurance as well as project and object follow-ups. Furthermore, you will do technical analysis, calculate static solutions by using our own façade software and create drawings in AutoCAD. Entering as team member, we expect you to timely develop into a leadership role. Therefore, you will constantly work with high visibility towards the top management and you will have the opportunity to build-up a network for your further career advancement.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group III which states a minimum salary of € 38.000,- per year - gross. We are willing to negotiate and offer an attractive performance-oriented remuneration package highly above the minimum salary based on your excellent skills and know-how.
