What's the role?

In your new role as Marketing process and insights manager you will be responsible to coordinate, execute and continuously improve marketing related processes and generate marketing insights through competition, trend and sales analysis to feed into development projects as well as our long-term roadmap to improve customer experiences for Hilti´s Ventilated Façade business.

What does the role involve?

In the role, you are responsible to coordinate and execute marketing related processes as a member of agile development teams as well as continuously improving those processes. Such processes range from material setup, product data publishing to product care topics. You will also be responsible to generate marketing insights within development teams as well as being responsible for continuous trend, competitor and sales analysis to guide product owners and feed our long-term roadmap. This will include competitor and trend tracking, sample selection and organization, pricing research, driving our regular market size evaluation activities and much more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Lanzenkirchen, in our Headquarters in Liechtenstein and our Market organizations around the world.

What you need is:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product management or similar
  • Technical understanding and strong interest in technical subjects
  • Prior work experience in the fields of business analysis, market insights generation or product management is beneficial
  • Experience in agile product (hardware, software or service) development is beneficial
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written) with excellent communication skills. Additional languages are a plus
  • Open and self-driven personality and hands-on mentality
  • Structured and well-organized and with a strong drive to question the status quo and finding new ways and solutions
  • Team player who is ready and motivated to work in a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel globally

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group IV which states a minimum salary of € 2.644,46 per month. We are willing to negotiate and offer an attractive performance-oriented remuneration package highly above the minimum salary based on your excellent skills and know-how.
