YOUR ROLE

• Support our IT Service Delivery South East Europe department, which takes care of approx. 2200 users in Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria in the areas Workplace (e.g. computers, phones, printers) and Datacenter/Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Servers etc.). 
• Identify standards of IT infrastructure technology
• Assist in management of service providers who take care of our applications' day-to-day maintenance 

YOUR SKILLS

• Student of Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) with a focus on Information Technology 
• Good knowledge of Client/Server technologies and web applications
• Excellent communication and English language skills 
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across different levels and functions
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented and innovative
