Your Responsibilities: - Technical support for AVL Data Post-Processing solutions in the global customer environment
- Problem analysis, processing and tracking of customer inquiries (internal & external)
- Reproduction of errors / customer-specific application cases
- Validation of bug fixes on test systems
- Support for processing of customer orders and customer projects
- Process implementation and improvements in the areas of Service, Order Fulfillment and Project Execution
Your Profile: - Degree (FH, HTL) in the area of computer science, or comparable work experience
- Practical experience in administration or 2nd/3rd level software support, ideally for data post-processing software
- Ideally, experience in dealing with Windows server operating systems and databases
- Ideally, experience with AVL CONCERTO
- Programming skills (scripting languages Python, C#) an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and great teamworking skills
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Good command of English and German
- Willingness to travel (around the world, max. 10%)
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR42,000 . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
