Your Responsibilities: - Design, dimensioning and development of exhaust gas after-treatment systems for commercial vehicle and industrial engines
- Simulation of exhaust gas after-treatment systems in a virtual development environment in combination with the powertrain
- Preparation, performance, supervision and evaluation of tests on the test bed in development projects in Graz as well as on site at customer premises
- Project-specific documentation and reporting
- Contribution to international customer projects
- Cooperation with development engineers of related skill teams
- Possibility of sub-project management and/or project leadership
Your Profile: - Mechanical or automotive engineering graduate of a university of technology/university of applied sciences
- Basic knowledge of process engineering and/or chemical reactions in exhaust gas after-treatment systems
- Thermodynamics know-how, application know-how and knowledge of injection systems
- Experience in the field of engine development and work on the test bed would be ideal
- Experience in exhaust gas after-treatment an advantage
- Experience in application tools such as INCA an advantage
- Matlab/Simulink experience desired
- Very good command of English
- Self-directed initiative, problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR47000 . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
