Was du machen wirst:
- Full coverage of front desk and phones from Monday through Friday and distribution of calls and messages and first contact person for our guests, business partners and suppliers
- Welcoming national and international guests
- In charge of hotel booking, car reservations and administrative needs for all visitors
- Providing secretarial support for the Vienna Office Team when required
- Helping with bookings (venues,restaurants, group arrangements, etc)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensuring the office is maintained in optimal condition and all areas are well maintained
- In charge of health and safety at the Vienna office (including training for new joiners)
- Purchasing office supplies and food and beverages for the pantry
- Organizing cleaning and maintenance for Vienna office
- Maintaining relationships with and managing services of office-related vendors
- Incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, Veloce
- Administration of office supplies
- Support of the back-office team
