YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• SUPPORT... day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
• CREATE... and maintain documentation and processes in BIC
• COORDINATE... and follow up on tasks
• SUPPORT... the preparation of internal and external audits
• CONTRIBUTE... to continuous improvement projects (digital transformation)
• INDEPENDENTLY MANAGE... smaller areas of responsibility and projects
• SHAPING... the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g. TU Wien, FH Technikum Wien or comparable)
• First practical experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, SharePoint and Power BI
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent and conscientious way of working

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The monthly gross salary for 20 hours per week is€1,564.
