DO & CO Airline Catering is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef for Japanese Cuisine to join its production team in Vienna. The role is responsible for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine for an exclusive airline catering service and leading the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine to a high standard, leading the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, complying with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and ordering supplies when required. The position requires previous experience in Japanese cuisine, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Candidates must have proficiency in German and/or English and be flexible to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays. The position offers a starting monthly gross salary of €5,500, paid 14 times, along with free on-site meals, employee discounts, corporate benefits, and national and international career development opportunities.
