Responsibilities

• Learn how to set up and support IT systems and networks.
• Be the first point of contact for technical problems and find solutions.
• Work with modern hardware and software, especially in science and research, and help your colleagues with technical questions.
• Support exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas.
• Learn how to configure and commission network technologies, servers, end devices and services such as web applications and e-mail systems.

• Completed compulsory schooling

Desired Qualification

• You are not afraid of new technologies, are curious and enthusiastic about technology and IT (computers, mobile devices).
• You like contact with people, enjoy communicating with them (German and English) and are helpful.
• You find it exciting to work on different IT solutions and carry out your work with a high degree of independence, reliability and accuracy.
