What you should bring with you:

• Several years of relevant retail experience in the jewelry, watch or luxury industry an advantage
• Structured way of working and organizational talent
• High degree of discretion and reliability
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent written and spoken German and English. Any other language is a great advantage
• A customer-oriented way of working and a high level of understanding of customer and after-sales service
• An eye for aesthetics and a keen interest in the latest trends

Your areas of responsibility:

• Presentation and sale of exclusive creations from the in-house goldsmith's studio, as well as exclusive watches from the most renowned international brands
• Acquisition of new customers
• Customer-oriented aftersales service
• Acceptance and processing of repair orders, reworking and fabrications
• Support and processing of international and national stylist, PR and shooting requests

We offer a minimum gross salary from €2,000 per month (14x per year) on a full-time basis (38.5 hours) per week, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
