Architects in residence in Austria

In 2021, a monthly stipend of EUR 1,300 and an apartment/studio will be provided for artists focusing their work on architecture. The residency lasts from one to three months and concludes with a presentation of the project created on site during the residency.

Applicants must be graduates in architecture or a related field of building culture such as landscape planning, urban and spatial planning, or be theorists and curators. Projects should be practice‑related with applied value that focus on living environments and local interaction. We are less interested in purely theoretical work or projects tackling global issues.
