You will be an important part of our strong team of Equipment Specialists. Thereby, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the company`s own equipment portfolio through our central rental management software. You’ll provide additional value to the productions of Red Bull by developing our worldwide network of sub-rental contacts further.
You will work closely with various stakeholders in the world of Red Bull and gain insights in their ambitious needs. You’ll consult and guide them through the diverse options of moving images technology towards tailor-made equipment setups based on their individual production needs. We deliver solutions from handheld Facebook live setup to a full-scale feature production. You become a knowledge hub for our stakeholders from conception phase to execution.
With your strengths in analytical thinking , you support our team in streamlining our internal workflows even further. While doing so, you pay high attention to meaningful and efficient operating procedures and their arrangement. But it’s not only about counting the right numbers. Putting the right changes into practice is an evenly crucial part. You set up clear rules for collaboration and treating people equally is important for you.
With your awareness for the importance of consistent data about our equipment and our services, you are able to create comprehensible statistics and reports for the Senior Management. Moreover, you’ll support our team with strategic decisions and propose solutions to shape our portfolio and keep it fit for the future.
3+ years of experience in the field of Rental Management (camera or stage tech rental)
Experience with an ERP solution (Easyjob is a big plus)
Distinct awareness for reliable warehousing and calculation/quoting
Profound knowledge, interest and passion in moving images production and post production (emphasis on audio is a plus)
Knowledge in Windows and Mac OS X, as well MS Office (experience in Adobe CC is a plus)
Service and client oriented team player with a strong work ethic
Passion for the world of Red Bull - sports, music and culture
