Solid and senior production management background with experience in working alongside with development teams
Track record of successful achievements within media, broadcast or new media sector
Good understanding of technology market, production processes and new media platforms.
Up to date knowledge of relevant broadcaster, union regulations, Health and Safety legislation, legal requirements and associated procedures, e.g. Copyright, Data Protection, Employment Law, etc.
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy and strong persuasiveness
Excellent organization skills and an ability to manage own time and that of others effectively
