Your experience includes: (proven performance in)
  1. Experience in Service Management, preferable social programming platforms, service, tools and workflows

  2. Proficient in web technologies and standards

  3. High affinity for social media in general and the specifics of the different social platforms, apps and their different user groups in particular

  4. Creative thinker and innovator

  5. Ability to cultivate a team environment

  6. Ability to see through the lenses of stakeholders, service users and targeted audiences and ability to formulate solutions that support these viewpoints

  7. Self-directed & self-motivated attitude and focused on delivering results is essential

  8. Ability to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of the week
