At least 3-5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience in a business context (ideally including experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industry – this is not a prerequisite, however).
Solid experience in application of statistical modelling languages such as R (preferred), Python or SAS and willingness to learn working with other tools.
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing and inference approaches.
Strong experience using machine learning algorithms as well as optimization algorithms.
Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop/Spark as well as unstructured data as well as experience in developing experimental frameworks and designs a plus.
Experience in using visualization tools such as Tableau (and viz packages such as ggplot in R).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as solid project management skills.
Solid business acumen and willingness to learn.
