IT/ 1st LEVEL SUPPORT (m/f) - Part-time 10h/w in Wien
We are looking for a talented person for 1st Level IT Support with excellent computer knowledge and passion, who enjoys being the one that everyone comes to for computer technical help. The main role is to ensure that all employee’s IT related problems are addressed and rectified. It also entails recommending and administering upgrades, repairs, and enhancements to the various computers, devices, and software. He/she will work closely with our Head of IT and Installation Resources, as well as with other Department’s supervisors. Students or recent graduates are also welcome to apply!

Salary : 460 EUR/month , 10h/week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in computers preparation for employees, including installing and configuring new computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and other devices
- Act as first level support when users encounter problems with any IT-related task, usually dealing with local workstations, printers, and network shares
- Contact appropriate 3rd party vendors for part replacements and / or make appointments repairs by a technician.
- Perform research on unresolved issues relating to all aspects of the department.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Setting up accounts for new users;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Testing new technology & devices;
- Lifting and transporting of equipment of various weight and bulk.

What we ask
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 Pro and Linux including CLI, ADS, IPv4 Networking & Routing
- Excellent knowledge of hardware
- Must have excellent communication & organization skills
- Excellent English & German knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Have to be able to lift about 20kgs weight
- Relevant working or internship experience
