Your Responsibilities: - Self-directed management of customer projects in fuel cell development and vehicle integration up to series production
- Management and supervision of AVL project teams
- Project management with a view to progress, quality and cost
- Ensuring targeted communication with the customer and coordination of the customer departments involved in the project
- Management and involvement of process partners (OEMs, suppliers)
- Illustrating the progress of development in status presentations at customer
- High degree of self-directed initiative in managing the project
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Profile: - Graduate of a university of technology (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics)
- Profound knowledge in fuel cell development and their integration into the vehicle (passenger car and/or commercial vehicle) – PEM and/or SOFC
- Excellent understanding of interdisciplinary projects
- Profound project management knowledge
- Knowledge of customer systems/processes of prestigious OEMS in the sphere of responsibility an advantage
- Team leader skills and confident in customer relations, excellent communication skills
- High degree of goal-orientation and self-management
- Good networking skills
- Sense of responsibility, business intellect and entrepreneurial initiative
- Prepared to travel on business (internationally)
- Confident in conducting negotiations in German and English
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 50000 . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
