In this role you are part of a team of product managers who are responsible for the different H&M customer groups. You will be responsible to optimize selling opportunities for one of our customer groups and concepts. The work includes sales analysis and follow-up as well as garment allocation and stock management. In this role you work closely with our Buying Office, Visual Department, Marketing department and our Stores to ensure that we have the best garment selection within our stores for our customer to maximize selling.
Drive your concept:

Be the expert in retail in your market.

Plan and follow up concept strategies on a country level.

Drive profitable net growth through setting and following up a commercial action. This include exciting meetings and cooperation with Visual, Marketing and PR.
Optimize your stock:

Guarantee the commercial impact of key products by affecting buying levels and quantities in store.

Create and execute reduction strategies that will secure profitability and optimal composition of stock for your concept.
Create the best customer offer:

Influence the buying process by sharing your market and customer knowledge and country input.

Be the key support for the Merchandising, Store Development and Expansion team to maximize the selling in new, rebuilding and relocating stores and for concept changes.

Be responsible for driving and follow up of the allocation strategy.

Preferred background is to have a business degree or 2 years’ minimum in Retail in similar position.

Your annual gross salary is, depending on experience and qualifications, € 36.400.
