Global Talent Management Specialist in Elsbethen


This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop across an array of topics as part of our global Talent Management team. Your core focus will be supporting the strategy and technology Red Bull leverages to hire the right talent globally and ownership of our European Graduate Program. This is achieved through the successful support and development of Red Bull’s global Talent Management programs, products and platforms, challenging current HR paradigms and by creating innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make Red Bull unique and competitive.

  • Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition

    Support the design, maintenance and adoption of technologies and training programs that build HR and Hiring Manager ability to source and select the right talent

    Gain and engage candidates by strengthening our social presence as a coveted employer

    Leverage internal communication channels to share global standards and best-practices 

    Provide quarterly reporting to understand trends and gain actionable insights for Red Bull as an employer

  • European Graduate Program

    Manage and continually strengthen Red Bull's European Graduate Programme including marketing, selection, stakeholder management and communication

    Develop, update and facilitate training and on-boarding for our European program and global graduate training weeks 

    Update the Graduate selection funnel to ensure global best practices and new leading edge technologies are leveraged to the fullest

    Support retention and conversion of our European Graduates post-program 

    Create and share best practices to support and up-level the Global Graduate program

  • Wingfinder 

    Support in the evaluation and ongoing validation of Wingfinder, our psychometric assessment

    Enhance value and evaluate usage in new and existing markets 

  • Talent Management – Driving Performance

    Innovate on HR practice and Talent tools to deliver impact in line with Red Bull's core company philosophies

    Collaborate with and influence stakeholders on the ‘why’ behind Red Bull’s people management and talent acquisition approach

    Maintain a consistent and premium voice, design and approach for all internal and external Talent Management products

    Facilitate practical roll-outs and implementation of Talent Management knowledge, processes and tools 

Your experience includes:
  1. Ability to coach, advise and influence indirect reports in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience, seniority

  2. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization and project management skills 

  3. Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes

  4. A keen understanding and interest in developing talent and providing growth opportunities to all levels of an organisation

  5. A strong aesthetic savvy and keen eye for design 

  6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  7. A strong focus on execution and results 

  8. An autonomous, self-motivated and ‘can do’ working style

  9. Proficient with applicant tracking systems; experience with Taleo is considered an advantage

  10. Experience in the application and usage of candidate assessments preferred
