The Red Bull Air Race World Championship is the ultimate motorsport series in the sky and has been the driving force in aerial sport since 2003, thrilling fans and leaving them wanting more. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Assistant & Project Coordinator (m/f) to join our Event Series Department. In this role, you´ll support the Director of Series in all administrative and organizational areas and take over various smaller projects.
In this role, you´ll be responsible for the back office administration and the organizational support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining time schedules, making travel arrangements etc.. Moreover, you’ll draft sheets, letters, e-mails or presentations according to the needs of the Director of Series.
In addition, you’ll coordinate the operational workflow within Red Bull Air Race Series and provide accurate information about the latest status of events and projects. In addition, you’ll optimize structures and processes to ensure an efficient workflow.
You’ll proactively support various strategic and operational agendas and take on small projects independently.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event management, event production, as back office assistant or similar
Excellent MS-Office knowledge (especially PowerPoint)
High organization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Punctual with a focus on deadlines and able to work under pressure
Accuracy, confidentiality, trustworthiness
Creative, innovative, proactive, self-initiative, result-oriented, sportive team player
