The Information Technology Department at our headquarters in Elsbethen/Salzburg manages our global IT agenda. To promote further constant growth we are expanding our Global Data Services Team and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Identity and Access Management Specialist (m/f). In this position, you are responsible for the operational topics of the global Identity and Access Management solution (IAM) maintained by the Data Services team.

• IAM Service Operational Ownership Role

  Lead the IAM stakeholder round table consisting of global IT team members

  Supply training for the IAM topic to global IT team members

  Ensure current documentation and operational support using established ITIL processes such as incident, change, and problem management

  Assist 2nd and 3rd level support teams during the analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues

  Assist and align with the IAM Architect

  Determine and align necessary staffing, tasks, and budgets with the Data Services Manager

   

• Partner Management

  Align tasks and track the external partner support performance for IAM and PKI support activities

  Ensure IT Service Management processes are used during support tasks

  Assign and coordinate development partners during system optimization initiatives

  Verify partner effort estimations

   

• Project Management

  Support Red Bull IT projects during the design and implementation phase when using IAM resources

  Define operational procedures and changes for IAM topics during IT projects

  Ensure the hand-over of post-project operational support tasks and responsibilities to the IAM and PKI support teams

1. 1+ years of work experience, ideally with Identity and Access Management

2. Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions and concepts beneficial

3. Understanding of X.509 Certificate based solutions and concepts beneficial

4. Project management and ITIL V3 certifications or experience beneficial

5. Confidence in understanding technical dependencies

6. Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting strengths

7. Self-motivated team player and strong communication skills
