Red Bull’s Culture Marketing program is a successful pillar of our global marketing mix. With the strong focus on Music and Dance but also Art and Design as well as Film, we are covering many fields and are dominating selected scenes and cultural environments. Social Innovation is a new area at Red Bull, all focused on giving wings to innovators who are changing the world for the better, from social entrepreneurs to coders, makers and other creatives using their skills for social impact.

  • Long story short

    In this role, you’ll support both the Culture Marketing Insights & Development team as well as the Social Innovation team from day-to-day tasks to organizational topics. You’ll be acting as interface between the department heads, their teams, other internal and external stakeholders and ensure a timely and professional handling of budgets and other processes and by that contributing to the overall success of the department to achieve their goals.


  • Manage

    You'll be in charge of the organization of correspondences, the maintenance of the calendar and the meeting schedule.


  • Team

    The organisation of team related initiatives, such as regular team meetings, ensuring an internal information flow and keeping all internal platforms/tools/systems up-to-date and constantly fed, will be part of your role as well.


  • Budget

    You'll be handling all central budget related matters, especially the regular budget updates and revisions in collaboration with the Finance team. Moreover, you'll take lead in topics such as year-end closing, monthly budget tracking and alignment with the different Culture Marketing divisions and teams.


  • Meetings & Workshops

    Supporting the manager or other team members in setting up and organizing workshops and meetings will be another responsibility of yours.


  • Administration & Support

    Another part of this role, will be the support in arranging travels and presentations for the team. Furthermore, you'll support in organizational tasks and have ownership of selected topics and tasks.

  1. Min. 2 years of working experience in a similar role

  2. Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

  3. Empathetic and experienced in working in a larger organization

  4. Apple Mac handling as well as MS Office, ideally SAP experience

  5. Creative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, self-motivated, networking and genuine team player

  6. Can do attitude and focus on delivering results
