To sum it up, you’ll be in charge of positioning and delivering an effective communication strategy in the field of product communications across all markets and media channels (social, web, TV, radio and print) to bring the can to life and make Red Bull relevant and engaging for our target audiences.
You’ll be responsible to have others talk about us through earned media activation & influencer amplification. You’ll drive can love by identifying great story opportunities coming from Product, Brand and University Marketing to the local Network and translating this into media products.
In this role, you’ll lead the activation plans and development of innovative marketing and communications programs across our target audiences around product and brand initiatives (e.g. new product launches, specialty packaging, occasions, key product trends, consumer activations, SBM activations etc.).
You’ll guide countries to determine the relevant topics, messages, content formats, channels, and distribution tactics to reach consumers. By working closely with key stakeholder within the company, you’ll ensure full alignment with the international brand marketing team across relevant projects.
5-7 years’ experience in communications or brand marketing with a special focus on strategic communications and marketing
A track record in leading projects and securing brand reach & engagement via earned media amplification
Experience in and desire to work on a global level with a global view on how to position Marketing and Media initiatives
Experience in budget and strategy planning
Track record of stakeholder management
Cross-functional strategy development, management and coordination abilities combined with excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills
Ability to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on time
Passion for emerging digital media landscape and audience development
Passion and eagerness to develop and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns
Flexible team player who is able to delegate projects appropriately
Able to act as a story seeker that identifies those stories with a true media potential
