In this role, you´ll be responsible for all of Red Bull’s global Culture (Music, Dance, Social Innovation) social presence. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the company is pushing culture forward, to grow awareness of Red Bull’s presence in the culture space, and to promote engagement across our full Red Bull Media Network.
You´ll not only define the strategy and programming for our culture accounts, but also oversee the global social media presence. In this role, you´ll work closely with our analytics team to reach the highest level of potential interaction on each platform while keeping the key principles of our culture initiatives. Additionally, you´ll explore any new global platforms that may be pertinent for our culture goals.
You´ll be responsible for growing social awareness and developing guidelines/strategy around our Red Bull Music brand and all initiatives that encompass the brand.
Together with your team, you´ll be responsible to ensure that the full company, primarily country organizations, understand the culture strategy and best practices acquired form our own knowledge.
Furthermore, the development of social activation plans for key Red Bull Media Network initiatives, in collaboration with our program strategy department, will be another one of your tasks. Growing social awareness and developing guidelines around our Red Bull Music brand and all initiatives that encompass it, is also part of this role.
You´ll manage a team of internal and external resources and ensure their development to support their growth. You´ll oversee that your team’s channels are publishing in alignment with our strategic goals.
Minimum of 5 years in social media strategy and management
Background in performance-based social media marketing
Experience in developing loyal audiences through social media
Proven ability to strengthen stakeholder relationships within a team
Strong understanding of online and social media technology landscape
Knowledge of the inner workings of the music business
Ability to plan and execute resourcefully with minimal supervision
Ability to manage large global teams
