In this exciting role, you’ll be involved in the ideation, planning and implementation of specific partnership projects and campaigns. Additionally, you will have your own projects, accounts, domains and events for which you ensure the successful delivery of partnership programs and initiatives. This includes an on-going alignment with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery process of our global partnerships.
As a Partnership Marketing Specialist, you will work with internal departments to build and execute both engaging and attractive partnership proposals for our current and future partners. Creative thinking in multiple content formats from written editorial to full-fledged bespoke productions is essential together with a constant monitoring and benchmarking of best practices of the industry and beyond.
You will be driving the partnership execution both internally with the stakeholders of the Red Bull system including markets and asset owners and externally to partners and will ensure delivering against the targets and KPIs set. This requires efficient Project Management skills as well as acute and reliable follow up of all your projects.
Maintaining and promoting good working relationships with all parties, understanding their business & anticipating their needs is of paramount importance in this dynamic role.
3 years relevant industry experience ideally with focus on campaigns and activations on traditional and new media as well as event sponsorship
Experience working in an international organization
Proven ability to lead and manage large projects/campaigns simultaneously
Client management competence and skilled in handling global projects and campaigns that create a valuable impact
Solid work ethics and values and dynamic and energetic approach to work
Strong written and verbal communication and solid networking skills
Able to deliver clear, concise information to stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take actions, exercising solid independent judgment
Excellent analytical, conceptual and creative capabilities
Strong personality with cooperative thinking, and a passion for team work
