You produce strategic content programming plans across the entire Red Bull Media Network to maximize the growth of and engagement with key target audiences for culture ( Music, Dance and Social Innovation).
You define projects and content priorities for global channels and produce specific guidelines for channels’ programming and content development. Furthermore, you identify, test and evaluate the most effective release and distribution plans across channels and audiences for culture. You define content programming objectives for audiences, you are responsible for and establish strong alignment and collaboration between channels and content creations to ensure release strategy success. In addition, you identify content offering gaps and opportunities across the Red Bull Media Network and provide recommendations for adjustment.
You establish a strong education program to up-level the understanding of audience centric programming. In addition, you evaluate results and translate learnings from release plans into long term strategies and educational resources. In this role, you establish strong collaboration with markets, to understand local priorities and needs, provide programming bundles, recommendations for release strategies and identify local opportunities for global up-levelling.
In this role, you work closely with the analytics teams to translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming (role of channels, timings) and content (commissioning brief). Furthermore, you understand and describe key audiences and provide recommendation for strategy adjustments and tests. You provide regular updates on Audience development across the Red Bull Media Network, report on priority projects results and publish case studies on best practices.
You lead and further develop a team of culture experts and ensure effective cross department collaboration. You are responsible for budget management within the area of responsibility.

At least 5 years of experience in Social Media or in a Digital publishing role
Superior project management skills

Strong understanding of audience profiling
Ability to translate data into strategic actions
Strong editorial understanding

Good level of computer literacy (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
