Shoe Design Assistant in willing

Are you a creative and professional shoe design assistant who would love to work for H&M? We are now looking for a new talent to join our H&M Shoe Team (Menswear) situated at our global Buying and Design Office in Stockholm, Sweden.

H&M continues to grow and wants to strengthen the H&M Shoe Team with a Shoe Design Assistant.
We are looking for a designer with a few years of experience in creation and designing of shoes.

H&M SHOE DESIGN ASSISTANT

The role as design assistant for the Men’s Shoe Collection includes the following:

• Assist the product designer in developing the best product
• Keeping customer focus and identifying the customer’s buying behavior
• Constantly on the lookout for new trends and styles out on the market
• Continuous analyzing and taking action on sales, all H&M markets worldwide

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for shoes and sneakers
• Loves working in teams
• Has good computer skills in the design programs
• Has a minimum of a BA qualification in fashion design
• Preferably has a professional design experience, 1-2 years, in creation of shoes
• Is fluent in English and willing to learn Swedish
