Reporting Quality Manager in Fuschl am See, Salzburg

In order to strengthen our international team of finance process & system experts we are looking for a Reporting Quality Manager (m/f) in our global head office in Fuschl. The role is placed in the Data Quality Management team within the operative finance function. The successful applicant shares our reporting vision, helps us spread it to the countries and collaborates closely with our Group Controlling team to identify and address process and system gaps. The ideal candidate leverages experience with reporting processes and tools in order to improve/enhance existing reporting and analysis solutions. Through close cooperation with the Development & IT team, the ideal candidate ensures high quality deployments of reporting and analysis solutions. The role will be responsible for the further development of our financial reporting governance. Compliance assurance as well as the constant improvement of our state of the art global reporting and analytics solutions are the key deliverables.

  • REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

    Change control management for global standard reports

    Deployment and rollout of new reporting developments & enhancements

    Application & constant Improvement of the Reporting Quality Framework

     

  • PROCESS MANAGEMENT

    Assurance of reporting relevant data consistency, integrity, accuracy & completeness

    Coordination & operation of global reporting broadcastings for FINANCE

    Reporting relevant access management for country key users

     

  • CONSULTING, TRAINING & SUPPORT

    In-house consulting & development project contribution concerning reporting & analysis solutions

    Contribution towards corporate reporting guideline development

    Execution of international key user trainings within the framework of our Finance Academies

    Business service management for global Reporting solutions and processes

Your experience includes:
  1. Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in the field of reporting in a regional/global HQ function

  2. Solid controlling/accounting background and excellent understanding of financial processes is desired

  3. Functional knowledge of data warehousing solutions and ERP/EPM systems (either SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ERP or Oracle Hyperion) is essential

  4. Additional technical knowledge of corresponding reporting solutions (e.g. BEx Web, Crystal Reports, Design Studio, Business Objects Analysis, SAP Business Objects Cloud, Oracle Financial Reporting, Web Analysis and Smart View) is beneficial

  5. High attention to detail with ability to understand and assess complex and large volumes of data

  6. Programming skills (e.g. VBA) are seen as an asset

  7. Strong communication and presentation skills, Team player
