Process Manager (m/f) (Full-time)

Your Tasks
- Work with the team of Business Optimization Production Companies and our production companies to further develop and professionalise the process management within the business unit HPM Production
- Self-responsibly coordinate and manage projects and tasks with focus on business process design, implementation and optimization
- Drive the continous development of our process organisation
- Work with Top Management to find the most suitable solutions to leverage improvement potentials within our division
- Be an active member of the Business Optimization Production Companies team
- Support local companies and line management before, during and after the implementation of more flexible, effective and efficient processes (incl. KPIs)
- Strong collaboration with the divisional Business Process Architect
- Alignment with relevant stakeholders within the group/division
- Support the team in preperation of/or lead workshops with our production companies
- Taking over tasks from the Business Optimization Production Companies team
Your Profile
- Masters Degree in a technical field, ideally combined with a economic education
- At least 5 years in dynamic and ambitious business environment
- English fluent and German fluent
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ideally SAP ERP (MM, SD, WM)
- Process management skills (ideally certified) and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple organisations within our group
- Expierence in Lean Management and/or Six Sigma is beneficial
- Expierence in a process related production environment (steel industrie, chemical, etc.) is benefical
- Customer oriented mind set, self-organised, motivated and an ambitious individual Professional with accurate working style
- Flexibility to travel globally will be required
What we offer
Salary package: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 3.513,83 brutto (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
