Who are we?
We are "Vienna Invites", a fast growing service provider that provides an all-round service to apartment owners, who want to rent their apartment(s) out. We provide our services using Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway and other
booking platforms. We also organize cleaning services and think pro-actively whenever we can to provide full comfort to our guests. Currently we are managing over 15 city apartments and 3 houses with 50+ beds and are adding a new apartment nearly each month.
What we expect
We want you to be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. You must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the "big picture" and make improvements. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills combined with outstanding organizational skills.
Furthermore, we expect proficient MS-Office skills and reliability. You must have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
