At least 3 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience in a business context (ideally including experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industry – this is not a prerequisite, however).
Advanced data storytelling capacity and experience in using visualization tools (such as Tableau, Qlik or SAP Analytics Cloud), viz packages such as ggplot in R and willingness to learn working with other tools.
Solid experience in application of statistical modelling languages (such as R, Python or SAS) and willingness to learn working with other tools.
Knowledge of SQL a plus.
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing and inference approaches, as well as machine learning algorithms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as solid project management skills.
Solid business acumen a strong plus.
