In this role, you should be passionate about the Fashion Retail Business and helping our colleagues learn and grow. As a Learning & Development Specialist you are part of our central HR Department who takes care of all strategic HR related issues for our Stores, Distribution Centers and Offices in Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Georgia.
Your Responsibilities:
ØCreate and maintain all internal Trainee Programs and support our Leaders in developing our future Leaders.
ØEvaluate and support individual and organizational development needs
ØImplement various learning methods countrywide (e.g. coaching, online training)
ØWork closely with our Training Responsible to secure our internal Training programs are implemented to make our people and business grow.
ØAssess the progress of development plans and help employees make the most out of learning opportunities
ØCreate and implement internal Employer Branding Activities throughout our markets
Your Requirements:
ØProven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager or similar
ØCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methods
ØFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practices
ØExperience in project management
ØProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
ØExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, both English and German.
ØAbility to regularly travel to our markets
ØHands-on Team Player with drive and ambition
Your annual gross salary is from € 35 000.- depending on qualification and professional experience.
