Your tasks:
  • Responsible for cost-, time- and budget management for the relevant IT Service
  • Creating service reports for our customers
  • Maintaining our Knowledgebase (Confluence)
  • Resource Management: Planning and requesting internal and external resources
  • Monitoring of active projects (releases)
  • Preparation of meetings and reports
  • Preparation of management presentations

Your qualifications:
  • Ongoing studies in business management or similar studies
  • Management level communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excel expert, advanced Powerpoint Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA preferable
  • Team player, Customer orientation
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and structured way of working
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • High level of commitment and motivation
