Your tasks:
  • Support the EDWH Releaseteam in project management tasks
  • Financial Management: support the cost-, time- and budget management for EDWH projects
  • Resource Management: Planning and requesting internal and external resources, tracking efforts spent
  • Supporting EDWH team leads by maintaining their agile boards and financials
  • Internal controlling - support developing, maintaining and providing controlling reports to steer EDWH Releases
  • Preparation of meetings and reports
  • Preparation of management presentations

Your qualifications:
  • Ongoing studies in project management and IT or similar
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Management level communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excel expert, advanced Jira skills
  • Good Confluence, Powerpoint skills
  • Team player, Customer orientation
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and structured way of working
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • High level of commitment and motivation
