Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SAP BI – analysis and reporting, ideally in an HR environment (Headcount, Compensation, HR KPIs)
Experience in Project Management
Profound technical knowledge and up-to-date experience in SAP BI and SAP HR
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
General and integrated understanding of HR and Controlling business processes
Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, performance and result oriented, team player
