Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a training & people development environment
Proven project management skills working in cross-functional teams (minimum of 3 years)
Strong stakeholder management experience (minimum of 3 years)
Ideally, experience in developing and delivering trainings/workshops, as well as train-the-trainer experience
Great passion for developing people, as well as for state-of-the-art learning design and the psychology behind what makes learning stick
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external agencies (especially Learning Design Agencies and Facilitators)
Strategic thinker who takes initiatives and ownership and ‘makes things happen’ with a strong interest in Culture Marketing, Red Bull Music, Dance & Social Innovation
