Minimum 4 to 5 years of related overall experience in an analytics role
Experience measuring and monitoring social media and creating business insight for how these analytics can be applied to marketing and product strategies
Knowledge of advanced social media analysis tools required (e.g. Radian6, Sysomos, Sprinklr)
Strong critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team and cross-departmentally
Demonstrated ability to create analysis that moves beyond an explanation of ‘what happened’ to ‘why it happened’ and ‘what should be done’
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
High levels of autonomy and self-motivation
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
