As Social Media Responsible in H&M you are responsible for the company communication in Social Media Network.
You publish news on our campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Co, respond to requests, and are responsible for community management.

Your areas of responsibilities:
•Planning &Administration
-Draw up of social media content
-Planning, coordination and control of social media activities (including social media ads)
-Monitor competition and market changes
•Social Networking
-Publishing of news and content, response to inquiries and active community management (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums or other local channels) according to H & M Guidelines
-Cooperation with Marketing & PR as well as customer service
•Monitoring & Analysing
-Monitoring of conversations, growth , Interactions and reach
-create daily/monthly reports
-Monitoring of social communities, forums and blogs such as the H & M brand and the company are perceived by the target group
•Cross functional work
-Close cooperation with Marketing/PR department
-Close team work with the Sales team, Human Ressource as well as reporting to the Marketing/PR–Manager
Your requirements:
•Successfully completed studies or professional qualification in communication, journalism, marketing or other relevant area.
•Minimum three years professional experience in digital Media /new Media for an Agency, an international company or Media organisation.
•Extensive Experience in Social-Media and Advertising campaigns.
•High self motivated and you work independently.
•Detail oriented and the ability to handle several tasks at the same time under pressure.
•Strong analytical and hands on mentality.
•Excellent creative and organisational skills
•High Fashion affinity.
•Extensive English knowledge spoken and written.
•Language knowledge in Slovenian, Croatian oder Serbian language will an advantageous.
•Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Your monthly gross salary is from € 1.546, - to € 3000, - 14 times a year, the amount depends on qualification and professional experience.
