Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Austrian, international or European tax law
• Research and participation in tax law research projects: Independently or together with the professor, you will write publications (in German and, if necessary, English) in specialist journals and contribute to legal commentaries
• Teaching and participating in innovative courses: You will teach independently in the subject of tax law and assist in the organisation of courses
• Participation in further training and the opportunity to attend conferences in Austria and abroad: you will be part of the Austrian and international tax law community
• Possibility of research stays abroad
• Organisational and administrative tasks: You will be involved in the organisation of specialist conferences and support the acquisition of research projects

Your profile:

• Completed degree in law or business law (master's, master's and diploma programmes)
• Above-average knowledge of Austrian tax law
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Curiosity and enjoyment of academic work
• Very good knowledge of German and ideally very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a dynamic team
• Enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and accuracy
• Relevant practical experience in tax law is an advantage
