At least 7 years of professional experience at a global IT department or within IT Management Consulting
Several years of experience in steering external suppliers and service providers
Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects
Experiences in defining or using IT Management KPIs desired
Broad understanding of IT as a function and the ability to consider complex and diverse IT Mgt. topics from a management point of view as well as the ability to derive specific recommendations for improvement
Ability to start on new complex IT topics, create new content and offer services
