Outstanding creative skills to translate complex media business concepts into different levels as per audience or purpose
>5 years' working experience in broadcast media and/or Media Sale or tier one consulting agency in media projects
Minimum of 3 years' Project & Process Management experience (team lead, budget) in the (Broadcast) Media Business
Proven analytical skills and expertise with complex projects
Deep knowledge of organizational structures and administrative processes
Strong productivity software skills in MS Office, and similar presentation / drawing / illustration software
Experience with Broadcast workflow management systems, such as Digital Asset Management, Scheduling, Programming, Media Sales tools
Reliable, flexible and team player
Well organized and structured working style, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong hands-on mentality
