Your tasks:

• Establishment of the ATIV-Biodat storage infrastructure for the storage
• further processing of DNA-based biodiversity data
• Creation of a flexible bioinformatics module

Your profile:

• Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification
• Expertise in data management and bioinformatics
• Interest in biological contexts and data problems
• Knowledge of biological data standards desired
• Very good knowledge of German or English
• High motivation to contribute to an interdisciplinary team
• Strong team and communication skills; customer and service orientation
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new tasks and technologies
• Communication with internal and external project partners
• Independent and structured working style with a high willingness to learn
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
