Minimum 2 to years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department
Professional experiences of min. 2 years with HR Information Systems (SAP HR), Software as a Service Provider (preferred TALEO).
Experience in application maintenance, ideally for an organization with international scope
SAP HR system skills are mandatory, additional experience on TALEO is desirable
Ability to analyse and interpret complex human resources and technology related documents
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills
