4+ years experience in web analytics and/or web development and/or network administration
At least 2 years of experience working with A/B and Multivariate Testing
Strong knowledge of web analytics implementations
Experience with Webtrekk, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe
Ability and practical experience testing web analytics implementations during the development process
Advanced understanding of tagging technologies
Knowledge of internet marketing and web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser cookies, data warehousing, content management systems) is preferred
Practical knowledge of JavaScript is required
Ability to manage 10-20 small project at a time
Ability to work across with Analytics team and IT to support both teams with analytics tracking and subsequent implementation requests
Ability to look at frameworks to see what commonalities exist, what differences exist and be able to replace or reverse engineer
Proven experience partnering with engineering, quality assurance, marketers and usability professionals
